Whether you’re a recent grad or a seasoned Optometrist, this is a flexible, rewarding, and impact-driven opportunity to deliver essential vision care directly to seniors who need it most.

Provide on-site eye care in senior care communities within your territory. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of eye conditions — ensuring accurate, effective, and compassionate patient care.

• Perform mobile eye exams with advanced diagnostic equipment
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases
• Prescribe and adjust eyeglasses
• Recommend follow-up care & treatment plans
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on eye health and vision care

• Trained Vision Tech assistant for every visit
• State-of-the-art portable equipment (autorefractor, retinal camera, handheld slit lamp, tonometer)
• All supplies, equipment, and setup
• Scheduling, billing, consents, pre-auths handled for you
• Care Coordination & full office support
• Field guidance + clinical leadership mentorship

• Doctor of Optometry (OD)
• Mobile / facility-based care interest
