At Senior Helpers, we are looking for caring, dedicated, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Aides. We offer:

• Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with mobility and transfers for comfort and safety
• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders and assistance (as permitted by state regulations)
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Senior Helpers team
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required — we provide training!
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs
