Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team and provide excellent care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and the ability to work independently, offering assistance with daily living activities. The Caregiver will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by attentively addressing their needs in a respectful and dignified manner.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help clients with mobility by assisting them in and out of bed, using walkers, wheelchairs, etc.
• Plan and prepare meals according to specific dietary guidelines, taking into account client preferences.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, or needs to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
• Manage medication schedules and provide reminders for clients as per their healthcare plan.

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and a high level of reliability.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and emergency response.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
• Ability to handle physically demanding activities and tasks.
