What You’ll Do

• Resident-Centered Care:
  Provide personalized, dignified, and holistic care that enhances well-being and quality of life, fostering meaningful connections with residents.
• Manage the Crew:
  Lead the nursing and resident assistant team to ensure alignment and high performance.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure comprehensive care and a supportive work environment.
• Healthcare Maven:
  Partner with doctors and healthcare professionals on medications, wound care, and related care needs.

What You Bring

• Management
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership and management experience within a nursing department.
• Healthcare
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree and an active LPN license.
• Hands-on
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience in a long-term care facility is a bonus.
• Commitment to Resident Care:

• Regulations Enthusiast:
  Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations and standards related to assisted living and healthcare, ensuring compliance in nursing care.

Working Conditions:

As Wellness Director, you will work in a vibrant and caring community. Physical Demands:
This position involves mobility within the facility to oversee care, occasional lifting and assisting with equipment, desk work, and extended periods of communication. The primary focus is leadership and management responsibilities.
