Support position with primary activities being the development and management of facility Advanced Product Quality Planning and PPAP Process.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement the customer and internal requirements of process manuals and quality standards for takeover tooling, including updates/changes resulting from engineering changes.
- Process FMEA.
- Develop and maintain the accuracy of visual sample boards as required.
- Initiate customer or internal sample submission activities for transfer tool program.
- Maintain and apply the Corrective Action process, as required.
- Perform file maintenance.
- Manage and administer measurement equipment calibration activities as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
