The Contribution You’ll Bring To This Role

Basic Concepts Inc. is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their operation at Anderson, SC or remote
. The purpose of this position is to serve as the key contact for both external and internal customers regarding all product lines. The Sales Administrator will act as a key intermediary between the outside/inside sales team and the production and finance, with a goal to help reduce the administrative tasks typically carried out by the outside sales team. The Sales Administrator will also have some daily external customer interaction and must be driven to help both internal and external customers succeed.

What You’ll Do At Justrite
  • Complete external customer account and credit applications to completion
  • Help to streamline the sales process; complete customer quotations for external and internal customers; manage documentation compilation and submission for complex EPC projects
  • Provide proactive customer order updates and support scheduling of shipments and delivery coordination
  • Research and provide solutions to customer service issues, such as product availability, invoice and proof of delivery, distribution, pricing and logistics issues
  • Maintain open communications with Sales, Marketing, Credit, Shipping/Traffic and Planning to resolve and identify process/customer issues/opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Lead assessment and assignments; coordination of marketing programs
  • Support the Sales Director as needed
  • Assist in order processing by compiling data for order packets and managing the approval drawing process
  • Cover phone calls and incoming requests in coordination with the Inside Sales team
Your Skills And Expertise

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

  • 3-5 years experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment
  • A strong desire to provide world‑class service to internal and external customers
  • Decision‑making and problem‑solving skill
  • Must have initiative and ability to achieve objectives with minimal direction
  • Ability to prioritize and organize a demanding workload in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment; assertive, persuasive and diplomatic
Additional Qualifications
  • Computer skills within a Windows environment, MS Office, and Excel
  • Professional telephone etiquette (soft skills) / excellent communication skills
Compensation

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000. Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience, and performance.
