Job Responsibilities

Ensure all issue transactions, including bin location, project, and quantity, are entered accurately into IFS. Report any discrepancies to the Senior Administrator or your manager.

In cases where a delivery arrives without paperwork, the receiving team will raise a VNC. You must then report this to the supplier and request a copy, following the VNC / SOP processes.

File all necessary paperwork in the designated files.

Research discrepancies related to issues and receipts, such as miss-issues, under-issues, or over-receipts.

Verify any issues or problems with the person responsible for the related paperwork before completing transactions.

Log discrepancies between delivery paperwork and actual materials into the VNC database and forward the VNC to the supplier.

Issue materials on IFS for production and follow up with cycle counts.

Follow up with the supplier on raised VNCs until resolved.

Coordinate with QC regarding goods that may need to be returned for replacement.

Assist the Goods Receiver with any issues, especially during large shipments.

Help place materials in their proper locations.

Knowledge of IFS is preferred.

Knowledge of store process systems is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
