Job Overview

CDL‑A Driver Needed Out of Muncie, IN (must reside within 60 miles of Yorktown, IN)

Minimum 6 months recent tractor‑trailer experience required.

Sign‑on bonus: $5,000

Possible to get home multiple times during the week, depending on load timing.

Home weekly – 34 hour reset on the weekend.

Sundays off (unless a freight surge occurs).

Average weekly pay: $1,635 – $1,770
; starting CPM: $.71‑$.75.

• IN, OH, MI, IL, WI, MO, IA

Check off pallets as freight is unloaded; no touch freight.

• Minimum 6 months CDL‑A tractor‑trailer experience – must be verifiable.
• No more than 2 MV’s in the last 2 years; no serious traffic violations in the last 12 months.
• No more than 1 on‑road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years; no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if the offense occurred while held a CDL‑A or Commercial Learner’s Permit; no DUI/DWI within the last 5 years if the offense occurred prior to getting a CDL‑A.
• No SAP drivers.

Top 20% drivers W2 = $115,000; drivers receive an annual .01 pay increase up to $0.78 per mile.
