- Service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with quality and professionalism
- Diagnose system issues and communicate repair or replacement options to homeowners
- Perform installations and replacements according to manufacturer specs and local codes
- Maintain a clean work area and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Represent Summers with integrity, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service or install experience
- EPA certification required
- Valid Indiana driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Physically able to perform job-related tasks (lifting, crawling, working in varied environments)
- Willingness to work on‑call rotation as needed
- A positive, dependable, and customer‑first mindset
- Competitive base pay of $45,000–$75,000/year, plus SPIFF opportunities

Schedule & Location- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional on‑call rotation)
