Operational Quality Support Specialist – Direct Hire

Location: Anderson, IN

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Compensation: $60,000 per year

Pro Resources is hiring an Operational Quality Support Specialist for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in Anderson, IN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining high quality standards. You will work closely with production, laboratory, and quality teams to ensure products and materials meet company and regulatory requirements.

• Verify raw materials and finished products meet quality standards
• Review and maintain quality documentation and batch records
• Coordinate product and material sampling for testing
• Monitor raw material specifications and expiration dates
• Assist with product release and ensure proper documentation
• Help manage non-conforming materials and quality issues
• Coordinate with laboratory teams regarding product testing results
• Support regulatory documentation and export requirements
• Assist with inventory tracking for raw materials and finished goods

• Experience in quality control or quality assurance in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with multiple departments and manage priorities
• Experience in chemical, agricultural, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus
