About the Position
RN - Behavioral Health PER-DIEM
Pay: $49 - $54/hr

Shift: Per-Diem, Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm, 6 am to 6 pm OR 6 pm - 6 am on weekends and some weekday night

Position Summary:

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join an eating disorder treatment center located in Anderson, IN. In this role, you   ll work within a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care for adult clients with mental health conditions in a structured residential setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and as-needed nursing assessments

Administer medications and monitor for side effects or complications

Document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines

Collaborate with psychiatric, clinical, and residential care staff

Support crisis intervention and ensure patient safety

Educate clients on medication and health-related matters

Requirements:
Active and unrestricted RN license in Indiana

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferably in behavioral health, residential, or psychiatric care)

BLS certification required

Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills

Ability to work effectively within a team-based care model
