ResponsibilitiesRegistered Nurses will demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care across the continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost‑effective manner while displaying collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and resource management skills.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (National League for Nursing, CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) or possessing three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Indiana, listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
