Validation Data Entry

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing support, is seeking a Validation Data Entry professional to join their team. As a Validation Data Entry specialist, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting manufacturing and data management efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Perform physical inspection of manufacturing parts to ensure accurate categorization and identification
• Update and maintain data records in Nestle systems and Excel workbooks with precision
• Validate manufacturer details, part numbers, and sales order information based on physical parts and printed data
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms and documentation
• Support manufacturing operations by providing timely and accurate data updates

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in MRO, technical stores, or related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tasks
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods in varying temperature environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
