Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing support, is seeking a Validation Data Entry professional to join their team. As a Validation Data Entry specialist, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting manufacturing and data management efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Description
- Perform physical inspection of manufacturing parts to ensure accurate categorization and identification
- Update and maintain data records in Nestle systems and Excel workbooks with precision
- Validate manufacturer details, part numbers, and sales order information based on physical parts and printed data
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms and documentation
- Support manufacturing operations by providing timely and accurate data updates
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in MRO, technical stores, or related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tasks
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods in varying temperature environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Consistent work schedule Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
