POSITION OVERVIEW
Colaborate in our state‑of‑the‑art production facility in Anderson, Indiana, producing Coffee mate, Starbucks, and Natural Bliss coffee enhancer products. Nestlé’s environmental initiatives focus on zero impact by 2030.
SCHEDULE2/2/3 12‑hour shift schedule from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Week patterns:
Week 1 – Sun Work, Mon Off, Tues Off, Wed Work, Thu Work, Fri Off, Sat Off. Week 2 – Sun Off, Mon Work, Tue Work, Wed Off, Thu Off, Fri Work, Sat Work.
- Hourly rate $42 + $1.80 night shift differential
- $3,000 sign‑on bonus
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off and 11 paid holidays
- Insurance eligibility on day 31
- Future transition to continuous 24‑hour operations (overtime and weekend work may be required)
- Real‑time trouble‑shooting and problem‑solving with maintenance operations, ensuring completion of issues and follow‑up
- Support line maintenance and preventive maintenance completion as needed
- Accurate documentation of all electrical and automation platforms and unplanned machine stops
- Analyze performance data to improve electrical and automation equipment unplanned stops
- Participate in Pillar Activities, AWG, MWG, IWG, and maintain KPI’s
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or technical certificate and 3‑5 years of equivalent experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Experience with automation systems for building, facility, packaging, utility, and process controls preferred
- Experience with PLC software – Studio 5000 and/or Siemens TIA Portal
- Experience with HMI systems, preferably Allen‑Bradley Factory Talk View or Aveva (Wonderware)
- PLC control panel troubleshooting and hardware configuration
- HMI system troubleshooting
- Commissioning of PLC and HMI programs
- Variable frequency drive motor, servo motor, and drive configuration
- Interpret electrical schematics and complex safety circuit networks
- Electrical circuit troubleshooting from motor starter to load (480 VAC, 120 VAC, 24 VDC control and power systems)
- Basic troubleshooting of networked production floor equipment messaging (Historian)
