We’re hiring for a full-time Physical Therapist in Anderson, Indiana who is ready to elevate their career while making a real difference in the lives of patients and our communities.

PT Solutions works together with Ascension St. Vincent to provide rehabilitation therapy services in order to best serve patients in the area. • Competitive compensation with ability to earn additional weekend and holiday rates
• Local and national organization dues and license renewal reimbursement
• Structured mentoring and quarterly in-person or online continuous education courses through Med Bridge memberships
• Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho
• Paid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws)
• Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (i.e., physicians, case management, nurses, etc.)

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Pay Range: $75, per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position).
