Make a DifferenceAs a Senior Patient Care Technician, you work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and provide direct patient care, including bathing, toileting, bed making, vital signs, transport, orientation, meal service, and additional selected care duties. You collaborate with team members to perform other services as directed.
ExceptionalSkills & Qualifications
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a positive problem‑solving attitude.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proficient with computers for documentation.
- Strong written, verbal, and non‑verbal interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates accountability and serves with courtesy.
- Can prioritize, organize, and multi‑task.
- Works well following direction while remaining self‑directed and motivated.
- Possesses a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness.
- Handles patients, visitors, and situations with emotional control.
- Ability to lift patient‑related equipment.
- Available for one week of full‑time training.
- Three months of clinical experience or CNA license required; alternatively, currently enrolled in nursing school.
