Hospitalist PRN to join a permanent practice in Indiana The PRN Hospitalist will work exclusively in the inpatient setting.
Traditional PRN Schedule Short shifts ( e.g. post call) of approximately 8 hours
Regular/longer shifts of hours on non-call days
On call days, Hospitalist covers on-site for hours, followed by remote/from home call;
Patient acuity may occasionally require a return trip to the hospital
Call is remote/from home, unless patient acuity dictates return to hospital
Weekend call starts on Friday morning and ends Sunday afternoon at 5 pmYou will be the only doctor in-house during that time with the exception of ER physicians
