The Consumer Experience Representative is Keter’s voice to the consumers who call for support.

• Resolve inbound consumer inquiries via phone and email, while updating internal systems
• Utilize Sales Force to manage cases
• Become a product expert and navigate Keter’s Product Site (PIM)
• Actively listen to customers and express empathy for their needs
• Troubleshoot products issues using probing questions to determine root-cause to solve the consumer’s inquiry
• Deliver superior customer service through first call resolution
• Use strong time management and organizational skills to meet goals
• De-escalate upset customers by solving their problems

• 1-3 years of Customer Service and Call Center Experience Required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Punctual on-site attendance.
• De-escalation skills.
• A patient and empathetic attitude.
• Experience using computer and phone in fast-paced environment.
• Positive mindset and proven record of excellent attendance.
