WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Set up, process, and audit short-term disability requests
- Communicate with physicians regarding ongoing files and required documents
- Review and confirm return-to-work dates
- Audit forms to verify the accuracy of eligibility, member, and account data
- Audit COBRA payments and communication letters for accuracy
- Report concerns and discrepancies to the team lead
- Assist your team with appeals and other duties as needed
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Consistent 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday schedule

Our ideal Disability Auditing Specialist has completed some college, can interpret insurance forms and spreadsheets, and is ready to learn more! If you're proactive, self-motivated, and skilled at multitasking, you could be a great fit. Here's what you need:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Professional and polite phone communication skills
- Excellent attendance record and reliable work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
