WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Set up, process, and audit short-term disability requests
  • Communicate with physicians regarding ongoing files and required documents
  • Review and confirm return-to-work dates
  • Audit forms to verify the accuracy of eligibility, member, and account data
  • Audit COBRA payments and communication letters for accuracy
  • Report concerns and discrepancies to the team lead
  • Assist your team with appeals and other duties as needed

Our ideal Disability Auditing Specialist has completed some college, can interpret insurance forms and spreadsheets, and is ready to learn more! If you're proactive, self-motivated, and skilled at multitasking, you could be a great fit. Here's what you need:

  • Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
