HVAC Install Helper

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable HVAC Company to find their next HVAC Install Helper. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, eager to learn, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in physically demanding environments, including hot weather conditions. This role is perfect for someone looking to start or grow a career in the HVAC industry.

• $16.90 – $22 per hour (DOE)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Ability to work in hot weather and varying outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Prior HVAC or construction experience is a plus, but not required

• Assist HVAC installers with residential and/or commercial system installations
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
• Support installation of ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and related components
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Provide general labor support as needed during installations
