• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings, preferably in schools
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders in children
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and educators

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across K-12 grades
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and school events as needed
