Job Description Registered Nurse - Emerg Svcs -  Andalusia Regional Hospital Description

This employee has the responsibility of maintaining and providing current nursing practice and skills. The employee is charged with the goal of continuous quality improvement and excellence in patient care. The employee demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide the services appropriate for the patient/family population being served. Integrates the department's services with the hospital's primary functions. The employee must utilize and implement the 5 Tier Color Coded Triage System when assessing patients and assign them to the appropriate level.

Qualifications Prospective employee must possess current Alabama RN licensure with BLS. ACLS and PALS required or obtainable within six months of hire. TNCC preferred.
