- Have an active affiliation agreement.
Application Process:
- Submit a comprehensive resume and answer application questions.
- Qualified candidates will be contacted for a brief phone screening to learn more about the program and ask questions.
- Candidates will schedule a 45-minute interview with the Clinic Management team.
- If selected, candidates will be matched with a qualified preceptor at a clinic near them and receive a welcome letter to complete the onboarding process.
