Arclin, Inc. is currently looking for a Process Engineer Internship for our Andalusia, AL location. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will assist our process engineer and operations manager with daily duties, while gaining valuable insight into on-the-job responsibilities. This may contain, but is not limited to evaluating, and improving the manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, chemicals, and production equipment capabilities, works closely with automation, engineering and safety functions to ensure all aspects of change management are executed, and maintain all quality control standards.

• Assist the Plant Operations Manager with operations planning and execution.
• Perform statistical data analytics on key process and waste stream generation.
• Manage daily production reporting of key process parameters.
• Support Operations in creating and maintaining SOP’s & Operator Certification Program.
• Support maintenance efforts of the PSM Management of Change program to safely record, implement, and communicate process changes.
• Work alongside Process Engineers to help maintain consistent quality control for plant production processes.
• Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on Production and Quality Issues.
• Support site Operational Automation efforts.

• Working to complete Bachelors’ degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Driven & Eager to learn.
• MS Office Skills.
