Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
Monitor and document patients’ conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
Maintain compliance with health regulations and high standards of care.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
NMC registration as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
Previous nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting is essential.
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach are necessary.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to relocate to Wales and adapt to a new healthcare setting.
Proficient in managing patient care in high-pressure situations.
Basic computer skills for documentation and patient records management.
