Capsule coffee production line operators

WE ARE HIRING – CAPSULE COFFEE PRODUCTION LINE OPERATORS (m/f/d)
Italy – Fano | Bologna | Monteporzio
La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is expanding its coffee capsule manufacturing operations and is looking for experienced production operators from the coffee industry.
We are specifically searching for candidates with hands-on experience in coffee capsule production lines, roasting operations, grinding systems, and automated packaging lines.
This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in industrial coffee production environments such as capsule manufacturing plants, roasting facilities, or automated coffee packaging operations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor coffee capsule filling and sealing lines

• Work with coffee roasting, grinding and dosing processes

• Perform machine setup, changeovers and mechanical adjustments

• Ensure smooth operation of packaging and cartoning systems

• Identify and solve minor technical issues on production equipment

• Maintain strict quality, hygiene and food safety standards
YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in coffee capsule production is required

• Experience with capsule filling machines, roasting systems or coffee packaging lines

• Strong technical and mechanical understanding of industrial machinery

• Ability to work independently in a production environment

• Willingness to work in shift systems

Experience with equipment such as

• Capsule filling machines

• Coffee roasting systems

• Grinding and dosing systems

• Packaging and cartoning machines

• Capsule sealing technology

Experience with machinery from manufacturers such as OPEM, IMA, GIMA, Cama, ACMA or similar production equipment is considered a strong advantage.
