We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for a respected Anchorage-based nonprofit that manages both residential and commercial properties. - Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Complete preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and emergency repairs
- Maintain building exteriors and grounds as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with staff to ensure properties meet safety and quality standards
- 2+ years of experience in building maintenance, facilities, or a related trade
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid Alaska driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
