• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
• Troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Complete preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and emergency repairs
• Maintain building exteriors and grounds as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with staff to ensure properties meet safety and quality standards

• 2+ years of experience in building maintenance, facilities, or a related trade
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
