Pay: $22 - $25

Opti Staffing Group is working with a well-established company that provides commercial and residential property maintenance services on base in Anchorage. They are committed to high-quality service and responsive maintenance, seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their dependable team.

• Respond to routine service requests and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC systems
• Perform interior and exterior work, including drywall, painting, and general repairs
• Install and maintain door/window hardware, blinds, and caulking
• Support seasonal needs such as snow removal and weatherproofing
• Transport materials and tools across job sites
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and communicate effectively with staff and residents

• Experience in general maintenance or building repair
• Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and light carpentry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Experience in commercial property maintenance is a plus
