• 2-4 years of experience in Telecommunications
• Experience with IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms

• Network+
• Security+
• Voice and Video technology experience

Insight Global is looking for a Telecom Technician to support a Federal Contract in Anchorage Alaska. This resource will be responsible for:

• Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
• Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
• Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
• Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment.
• Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
• Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems.
• Provides end-user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.

Compensation: $38.46/hr to $40.86/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
