As a Screener with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will support daily operations by screening employees, visitors, and deliveries, checking identification, and helping manage access points. You will stay visible, document security-related activity, communicate clearly with site teams, and respond to concerns with a customer-service mindset.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

+ Screen personnel, visitors, and deliveries for authorized access, including checking identification, validating credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing traffic to designated entry points.

+ Monitor and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited items by conducting entry screening, observing activity at access points, and reporting concerns per post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or dispatch as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, and perimeter, and complete reports and logs per site requirements. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
