Inside Sales Representative - Rental

Overview

Inside Sales Representative – Rental Department, Anchorage, Alaska. Through telephone contacts you will develop and increase sales to NC Machinery's Alaska account base for equipment rentals of Caterpillar and like-kind equipment from other leading manufacturers in the construction industry. Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop target customer strategies and lead generation for follow-up sales opportunities. Other responsibilities may include administrative duties such as customer sales quotes for presentation and meeting telephone contact measurement goals, and developing a strong working relationship with all assigned key customers.

• Develop and increase sales to NC Machinery's Alaska account base for equipment rentals of Caterpillar and like-kind equipment from other leading manufacturers.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing departments to develop target customer strategies and lead generation for follow-up sales opportunities.
• Fulfill administrative duties such as preparing customer sales quotes for presentation, meeting telephone contact measurement goals, and developing strong working relationships with assigned key customers.

• Working knowledge of Caterpillar product line; related industry experience in Caterpillar sales and familiarity with the construction and agriculture industries is preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce database programs, and general office equipment experience.
• Candidates must have access to or possess a vehicle for travel with a valid state driver's license.
