Sales Support Representative – Commercial

Starting at $24.00 per hour, with higher pay based on experience.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Work with sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure timely quotations and accurate sales orders for personalized customer service.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls, providing general information and resolving customer concerns.
• Use CRM and phone systems effectively.

• 0‑3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, including upselling ability.
• Track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented, and relationship‑building mindset.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Quick learner of product knowledge and processes.

Pay range: $21.51 – $34.39 per hour.
