This is a full-time, on-site role located in Anchorage, AK. As a Store Manager at Sunglass Hut, you will lead daily store operations, oversee a team of associates, and drive exceptional customer experiences to achieve sales and profitability targets. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and implementing loss prevention measures. You will foster a customer-focused environment while mentoring and coaching team members to reach their full potential.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with team members and customers
• Demonstrated expertise in Store Management and Retail operations
• Knowledge and application of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Leadership experience in a retail environment, with a focus on team building and motivation
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
• Passion for fashion and sunglasses with the ability to inspire customers
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus)
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends and holidays
