We are currently looking for entry-level, part-time retail sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure excellent customer service on both lending and retail sides. Responsibilities include greeting, engaging, and assisting customers with sales, loans, and transactions, working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

This position offers hourly wages plus commission based on productivity, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $2.40 per hour on top of your base pay.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Answer calls professionally.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS operation skills.
