Pandora is hiring a Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora Anchorage 5th Avenue Mall. The role focuses on delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans with product knowledge and brand passion.

As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll be part of the foundation that keeps the store running smoothly. Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans.

• All other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills with a caring approach in both written and verbal tone.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and charm an audience.
• 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week); dependability for peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
