This position offers an hourly wage of $14.00 to $17.00, plus the potential to earn unlimited commission on transactions, which can add up to an additional $1.00 per hour on average. We seek entry-level, part-time retail sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working with various merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

• Engage with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following company policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and display of merchandise.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Provide legal and product information to customers.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification if required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team environment.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
