You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will work in a high-volume kitchen environment and assist with line cooking, prep cooking, burger making, and other back-of-house duties.

• 1 year of serving experience preferred, but open to applicants with little or no restaurant experience.
• Strong team player.
• Good communicator.
• Organized with great attention to detail.
• At least 21 years old with a valid TAPS card.
