Description Under supervision prepares a variety of foods requiring short preparation for patients, public, staff and catered events. Serves meals and beverages in a variety of positions that requires very strong customer service interaction skills. Complies with HACCP guidelines and ensures correct food preparation, proper cleaning and sanitizing of work areas and equipment.

Food Service Attendant PositionLocation:
Anchorage, AK | Part-time, 0.5 FTE, 8‑hr day shifts, 20 hours per week.

Required Qualifications- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
- Specific vocational training. This training can be provided in a school, work, military, institutional or vocational environment.
- 6 months training or on the job training in quantity food preparation and basic principles of sanitation and safety in food handling.
