• Provide excellent customer service to our patrons.
• Perform a variety of routine beverage preparation tasks at the start, end and throughout their shift.
• Process beverage and food orders and handle customer payments.
• Prepare orders and serve customers.

• Must be over 21 years old.
• High school completion or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in the use of computer business applications, with working knowledge of computerized point of sales (POS) systems. We use TOAST in our restaurants.
• Applicants are expected to have a good understanding of craft beers and cocktails.
• Ability to comply with company health and safety requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with customers, employees, and management.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Available to work any shift.
• 3 years minimum experience in positions involving cocktail beverage preparation and serving.

• Current TAPS card is required.
• Must have a valid Alaska Food Handlers card.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
