Job Title: LPN Supervisor

Starting rate: $28/hr to $30/hr

• Lead and Supervise: Oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, treatments, and care plans, prioritizing the health and well‑being of residents.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create a personalized care experience.
• Mentor and Train: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
• Monitor and Document: Maintain accurate records of resident care, treatments, and progress using our advanced documentation systems.
• Problem‑Solve: Address clinical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.

• Current, valid LPN
• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Prior experience in long‑term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Must be reliable and committed to resident‑centered care
