Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Infusion Services Registered Nurse. The responsibilities include providing home infusion therapy to patients, delivering direct patient care, and ensuring the safe administration of medications. The role requires coordinating with healthcare teams to develop care plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate records. Tasks also include educating patients and caregivers about infusion care and addressing any concerns or complications during the treatment process.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Nursing practices and critical care medicine
- Experience in home infusion therapy and direct patient care
- Exceptional communication skills for patient education and interaction
- Current and valid nursing licensure in the relevant state
- Ability to work independently and make informed clinical decisions
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous
