Hours:

60 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks UNIT INFORMATION Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model is utilized on this unit. For every patient there is 1 bedside RN, a Virtual RN, and 1 CNA. Beside RN and CNA patient ratios are 1:4-5. The virtual nurse works remotely and assists patient with admission, discharge, rounding, education, plans of care, and safety rounds.
