Join our Anchorage, AK team! Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

Full Time | Multiple Shifts Available | Pay Range: $43.29 to $76.06 per hour

Up to $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external full-time hires

Requirements to apply
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire
  • PALS certification (American Heart Association) within 90 days of hire
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
  • Pediatric or critical care experience preferred
Job Overview

The PICU Registered Nurse provides specialized, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents requiring intensive monitoring and life-sustaining interventions. This role involves managing complex pediatric conditions, utilizing advanced clinical judgment, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care. Responsibilities

Continuous patient assessment, critical care interventions, medication administration, care coordination, patient and family education, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.
