Seeking a full-time Clinical Nurse Supervisor, RN in Homer, AK to oversee assisted living resident care, staff training, and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure residents’ health needs are met through assessments, care plans, and medication management.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing and direct care staff, maintaining staff development and compliance.
• Coordinate with residents, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring privacy and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation, handle incident reporting, and prepare for licensure surveys.
• Participate in policy development, infection control, and emergency response.

• AK RN licensure.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Effective communication, leadership skills, and flexibility for irregular hours.
