As an Alignment Technician
, your mission is to meet the individual needs of every customer and provide exceptional value through safe, quality alignment maintenance, diagnosis, and repair.

Base: $28/hr + Commission Program + Performance Increases & Bonuses

• Must own tools
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license
• 2-3 yrs tech experience required
• ASE certifications and/or technical school a plus

• Commit to continual improvement, training & growth
• Diagnose and perform vehicle alignment services
• Perform minor to complex commercial tire service
• Perform predefined inspections and testing
• Document work performed on service ticket
• Provide friendly and effective customer service
• Train to perform brake, axle, and suspension services
• Maintain an organized and neat work area

• Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
