Maintenance Technician

Hyatt House Anchorage managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH) is currently interviewing people for a Maintenance Technician position. We are uniquely situated in some of the most beautiful areas of the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. We have award‑winning hotels where hospitality is the true focus of our team.

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain, repair, and clean areas and equipment, and to assist other trade mechanics in their duties to ensure a safe and well‑maintained hotel. This includes maintaining the facility's equipment, using hand and power tools, and performing preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.

• Maintain and repair hotel equipment and facilities.
• Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Assist trade mechanics with their duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
