We’re searching for someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a team setting, and understands the importance of keeping parts operations efficient and organized. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
** Responsibilities:
*** Receive, ship, and deliver parts accurately and efficiently
* Provide outstanding customer service to retail, service, and wholesale clients
* Organize and maintain the parts inventory — stock shelves, label bins, and track locations
* Keep detailed records of deliveries, returns, and funds
* Assist with inventory audits and annual physical inventory
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and delivery vehicle
* Work collaboratively with technicians and team members to ensure smooth operations
*
* Qualifications:

*** Prior experience in an automotive dealership or parts department a plus
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Team player with excellent communication and multitasking abilities
* Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
