Position Overview
Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team as an In‑House Litigation Attorney
. This role is based in our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and grow rapidly.

Qualifications& Requirements
- 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
