Job Description

In this role, you’ll install and maintain Datacenter/WAN/LAN infrastructure, manage Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Citrix, antivirus software, and more—keeping our critical technology running smoothly.

You’ll troubleshoot network issues, fine‑tune system performance, and ensure users have secure access to the tools they need. From supporting local and wide area networks to enhancing digital communication systems, your work has a real impact every day. You’ll collaborate with state agencies and vendors, plan for emergencies, and shape the future of court technology. If you like variety, this job requires occasional travel to remote court locations across Alaska to set up or repair systems.
