Power Platform Developer

Location: Anchorage, AK / Remote (AKT, PST, or MST only)

Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract-to-Hire (No C2C or sponsorship)

Talent Groups is hiring a Power Platform Developer to join a high-impact Microsoft 365 team. You ll lead Power Platform development and support the full M365 ecosystem—driving automation, collaboration, and AI integration across the enterprise.

• Power Platform (25%) – Develop, administer, and govern Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI; partner with business teams to deliver solutions.
• M365 Admin (25%) – Manage Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, and Entra ; ensure service health, reporting, and adoption.
• Dev Ops & Automation (20%) – Build CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and integrate with Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub.
• AI & Copilot (20%) – Build Copilot agents, integrate AI into workflows, and collaborate with Azure OpenAI teams.
• Mentorship (10%) – Mentor junior staff and support team leadership.

• Bachelor’s in CS, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years in systems engineering or administration with:
• o Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive)
• o Azure or public cloud
• Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD, source control
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
